CR Wax Martix was built around one principle: your batch records belong to you, and only you. Here's exactly how the app handles information.
CR Wax Martix does not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no names, no email addresses, and no location data requested or gathered. Everything you enter — batch details, cure timestamps, burn observations, wick comparisons, wax and fragrance notes — is created and stored entirely on your own device. We have no visibility into any of it.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, or sold. There is no advertising profile built from your activity and no data pipeline running in the background. Every feature — batch logging, cure tracking, burn session notes, wick comparisons — operates entirely on-device, with no information leaving your device at any point.
All information you log — pour dates, cure windows, burn test results, wick performance notes, and batch history — is stored locally in the app's storage on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server that receives or holds a copy of your data.
CR Wax Martix does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs of any kind. No usage data is shared with outside companies because no usage data leaves the app in the first place.
Because your batch records and testing history never travel over a network, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote server to secure. Your data's safety depends on your device's own security, and we intentionally keep our footprint on that device as small as possible.
CR Wax Martix does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with COPPA by design rather than by policy alone.
You are always in full control of your candle testing records. Since everything lives on your device, deleting the app removes your data completely. There are no cloud backups, no linked accounts, and nothing stored anywhere else to manage or revoke.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or clarify existing practices. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
